Eagles Nest

This track is unique due to the clay composition of the surface. Dry clay is very high grip, so you can brake super late and send the car into a corner even faster (once when testing a rally car here, Crazy Leo went on two wheels mid corner and nearly rolled the car just because of how high the grip was!). Due to the high grip and technical layout, this track is similar to rally stages used in WRC in Greece and Portugal.

The track has a mix of high speed sections, technical sections, and also offers a certain amount of elevation change which is fun, makes for challenging corners, and forces drivers to remember blind apexes and even start thinking about implementing pace notes.

However, when wet, be ready for the clay surface to turn very slick and force you to switch from max attack high speed commitment to smoothness and finesse similar to that required for driving on snow.

Eagles Nest Motorsport Park was founded in 1980 by Cleveland General for his son Richard General's passion for motocross. At Race Lab we are proud to have the opportunity to host events at the Park.
