Refund/Cancellation, Reschedule, No Show Policy

Refund / Cancellation	No refunds, all purchases are final. Packages purchased for a "Flexible Date" do not expire and are redeemable at any Race Lab event, subject to availability.	If you request a refund: 60 days or more before the selected event date: full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Reschedule	To a different time slot on the same day: 48h before the event date, subject to availability. To a different event date: 30 days before the original event date, subject to availability. If the rescheduling window is missed, no rescheduling will be permitted and no refunds will be issued. You can still transfer the package to someone else, as per the below transferability policy.
No Show	No refund will be issued.
Emergencies	Race Lab understands that unexpected circumstances arise. In cases of serious emergencies, such as medical or family emergencies, requests for last-minute rescheduling or refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at Race Lab's discretion. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.

Transferability Policy

All bookings are transferable to someone else, as long as the transferee fits the restrictions of the package being transferred (restrictions can be found on the package page). Just notify us (name and contact details of the transferee) — no fees or penalties apply. There is no time limit on this, you can transfer even the day of the event.

Vehicle Condition & Mechanical Failure Policy

Drivers using their own vehicles: The Driver is responsible for ensuring their vehicle is safe and in sufficient mechanical condition to withstand the demands of the event and that it does not pose a risk to the driver or any passengers. Race Lab reserves the right to refuse or remove any vehicle deemed unsafe or at risk of mechanical failure. Drivers are also responsible for any costs arising from a breakdown on track, including but not limited to track damage and towing fees. No refunds, reschedulings, or transfers will be issued for mechanical failure occurring within 60 days of, or during, the event. Subject to availability, Race Lab will offer to convert the original package to a package in a Race Lab vehicle so the driver can continue their session on the originally scheduled event. Please note that all Race Lab vehicle packages include a mandatory instructor. The driver will be required to sign an acknowledgement of this at registration on the day of the event before beginning their driving session.
Drivers using Race Lab equipment/vehicles: If a Race Lab vehicle breaks during a session, a replacement (spare) vehicle will be provided immediately. In exceptional cases when a replacement vehicle cannot be provided on the event day due to circumstances beyond Race Lab’s control, and not arising from the misuse of the vehicle by the driver, Race Lab will offer rescheduling or credit options, where feasible.

Gifts, Gift Cards, Gift Certificates

All gift purchases are final sale and are nonrefundable. Please see above for Rescheduling, Refund, and No Show policies for gift purchases.

Gift cards/certificates can be redeemed at any Race Lab-organized event and for any Race Lab package, subject to availability, event terms, and package restrictions (for example, driver’s age).

Gift certificates and gift cards issued by Race Lab do not expire.

General Terms

All refunds, where provided, will be credited back within 15 business days to the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Race Lab reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Updated policies apply only to purchases made on or after the amendment date.
