policy is limited to groups of 3 people or less.
We ask you to appreciate that running events without long wait times requires extensive scheduling and planning. If you cannot make it for your scheduled time, please let us know by emailing hi@racelab.co no later than 48 hours before your time slot, and we will reschedule you for another time on the same day.
We offer full refunds with no penalty on cancellations made 90 days or more in advance of scheduled event / course dates. Please send a notice of cancellation and / or rescheduling your course to hi@racelab.co
Cancellation or rescheduling requests made 90-60 days in advance of a course / event are subject to a 25% administrative fee.
We ask you to understand that we cannot offer refunds or rescheduling options for courses / training made less than 60 days in advance of a course (including usage of gift certificates).
The good news is that all our courses / training spots are fully-transferable. You may notify us by emailing hi@racelab.co of a replacement at any time prior to the beginning of you course with no cost or penalty.
We will also provide them with a free phone consultation to offer alternations to the package they are getting, which would maximize the training for their experience and their goals.
In case you cannot make it to the event, we recommend to offer your package to one of your friends. We will make sure that they learn a lot and an absolute blast!
For drivers using their own vehicles, in the case of a vehicle breakdown on the day before or during the event, unfortunately no refund or transfer will be issued.
For drivers using Race Lab vehicles, in the case of a vehicle breakdown during the event not due to driver's mistake or misuse, Race Lab will offer a replacement vehicle as soon as possible, during the same day. In the rare case that a replacement on the same day is not possible, we will offer you alternative package options or rescheduling options.
We reserve the right to change the terms of these policies at any time and without written notice, but we give you our word that we will always be fair, understanding, and will always operate in your best interest.
