Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These Gift Card Terms and Conditions apply to all gift cards issued by Race Lab Inc.

By purchasing, receiving, redeeming, or using a gift card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Our Gift Cards

Gift cards are issued digitally only. No physical card will be provided.

Gift cards are non-reloadable, meaning additional funds cannot be added after purchase.

Gift cards are issued in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

2. Redemption

Gift cards may be redeemed only toward eligible products, services, bookings, experiences, packages, or purchases offered by Race Lab Inc.

Gift cards may be redeemed online, by phone, and by email.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

3. No Expiry Date

Gift cards do not expire.

No inactivity fees, service fees, or maintenance fees will be charged on gift cards.

Promotional or bonus gift cards, if offered separately, may be subject to different terms, including expiry dates where permitted by law. Any such terms will be clearly stated at the time of issue.

4. Non-Reloadable

Gift cards are non-reloadable. Once the full balance has been used, the gift card has no remaining value and cannot be reused.

5. Partial Redemption and Remaining Balance

Gift cards may be used over multiple transactions until the full balance has been redeemed.

If the value of a purchase is greater than the remaining gift card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Gift Cards

Gift cards should be treated like cash.

Race Lab Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, misdirected, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

However, if sufficient proof of purchase is provided, Race Lab may, at its discretion, cancel and reissue a remaining balance where possible.

7. Refunds and Returns

Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Purchases made using a gift card are subject to the refund, cancellation, and booking policies applicable to the product or service purchased.

If a refund is approved for a purchase made with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit, at the discretion of Race Lab Inc., unless otherwise required by law.

8. Cancellations, Bookings, and Availability

Gift cards do not guarantee availability of any specific product, service, date, time, location, instructor, event, package, or experience.

All bookings and purchases remain subject to availability, eligibility requirements, safety requirements, weather policies, cancellation policies, and any other applicable terms of Race Lab Inc.

If a gift card is used toward a service or experience, the recipient is responsible for meeting any applicable participation requirements.

9. Price Changes

Prices for products and services may change over time.

A gift card holds a dollar value only. It does not lock in the price of any specific product, service, booking, or package unless expressly stated in writing by Race Lab Inc.

10. Taxes

No taxes are charged on the purchase of gift card.

Applicable taxes are charged at the time a gift card is redeemed toward taxable products or services, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Transferability

Gift cards are transferable and may be given to another person.

The person redeeming the gift card will be treated as the authorized holder unless Race Lab Inc. has reason to believe the gift card was obtained fraudulently or used without authorization.

12. Fraud, Abuse, and Errors

Race Lab Inc. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or review any gift card or transaction if fraud, misuse, error, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.

Gift cards obtained through unauthorized sellers, resale platforms, giveaways, fraud, or other improper means may be void.

13. Promotional Gift Cards

Promotional, bonus, complimentary, or discounted gift cards may be subject to additional restrictions.

These may include limits on transferability, eligible purchases, redemption periods, or expiry dates where permitted by law.

Any special terms will be provided at the time the promotional gift card is issued.

14. No Resale

Gift cards may not be resold, used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, contests, giveaways, or other commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Race Lab Inc.

15. Changes to These Terms

Race Lab Inc. may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The version in effect at the time of redemption will apply, provided that changes will not reduce the remaining value of a valid gift card or impose expiry dates or fees where prohibited by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
